Property/Lawn Maintenance Update
As members of the Sigma Chi House Corporation, we are committed to maintaining and improving our chapter property for both current and future brothers.
Over the past few years, we have unfortunately experienced the theft of multiple lawn mowers and landscaping equipment. After evaluating the ongoing costs, security concerns, and maintenance needs of the property, the House Corporation made the decision to partner with a professional lawn care company.
We recently completed a major property cleanup, and the transformation has been great. In addition, we have contracted the same company to provide bi-weekly lawn maintenance moving forward to ensure the grounds remain safe, attractive, and well-maintained year-round.
The before-and-after photos below highlight the significant improvements that have been made. We appreciate the support of our alumni, volunteers, and stakeholders as we continue investing in the upkeep and appearance of our chapter home.
