Complete Move-In Survey →Move-Out Procedure
This form must be completed to be eligible for a refund of your housing deposit. You will be taken to a Google Form to submit your information and required room photos.
The form requires:

- 6 photos of your room (standing in the middle: each wall, shower, bathroom sink and toilet)
Commercial Lease Agreement
Every Out-of-House Member signs a Commercial Lease with the House Corporation to use the common areas and pays Parlor Rent each semester. It covers the rent amount and due dates, lease term, what's included, fines for violations, and what happens if rent goes unpaid — and it incorporates the Rules & Regulations and House Officer Responsibilities by reference, so signing it means you agree to those too. Execution of your lease is handled separately through the House Corporation — contact the House Manager with questions about your specific terms.
Residential Lease Agreement
Every new resident signs an individual Residential Lease with the House Corporation for their room in the Chapter House. It covers the rent amount and due dates, term options (academic year, fall, spring, or summer), the security deposit, late fees, utilities, and maintenance responsibilities — and it incorporates the Rules & Regulations, the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Code of Conduct, and Sigma Chi National Fraternity Guiding Policies by reference. Execution of your lease is handled separately through the House Corporation — contact the House Manager with questions about your specific terms.
Rules & Regulations
Day-to-day expectations for everyone at the Chapter House — covering parking, guests, smoking/vaping, prohibited items, pets, weapons, room keys, trash, kitchen use, and general cleanliness. A violation of these rules is also a violation of your Lease and can result in fines.
House Officer Responsibilities
Spells out what's expected of the Consul, Pro Consul, Queastor, and House Manager in running the house day to day — plus chapter-wide requirements like roster certification and room occupancy. Incorporated into the Lease by reference. If you're an officer, or you're not sure who's responsible for something at the house, start here.
Network & Security Surveillance Policy
Covers acceptable use of the house WiFi and wired network, plus how the common-area video surveillance system is operated — camera placement, footage retention, and access. Report network issues or request a footage review via tech@etaiota.org; see Tech Support below for what to include.
