  • Both main sewer lines replaced.
  • Fencing installed around most of the property.

These are the Major projects. Too many smaller projects to list.

It's been a huge five years, and any of you homeowners know what a tremendous amount of work has been done.

We are currently in the midst of remodeling and re-plumbing the ground floor rooms. Removing and replacing the old cast iron plumbing under the slab to tie into the new main sewer lines. Half the ground floor rooms have had the slabs cut and are being re-plumbed below grade as we speak.

When this project is complete, we'll pretty much have a brand new house, top to bottom, to head into the next 50 years.
